My name is Theresa Nunemacher and I am the school social worker for ISD 858. I grew up near Preston, MN and acquired my Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Winona State University. I am dually licensed as a school social worker by the Minnesota Board of Social Work and the Minnesota Department of Education. My husband Mark and I have three children:  Michael (Katie), Rachael and Aaron.

Working with youth is and has always been a passion of mine! They continue to "teach me" on a daily basis and I truly enjoy watching them learn and grow along the way! I am the current trip advisor for the 9th grade Washington DC trip and enjoy planning/working with this long-standing student opportunity.

I'm also co-advisor (along with Jeremy Hildman) to the SCHS Peer Helper program. This group of young people are such an important "extension" of what I do every day as they are the eyes and ears of the SCHS hallways!

I'm looking forward to another great year working with students, families and staff in the St. Charles School District!
