Early Learning Academy School Readiness Program Information 2018-2019

To register your child for the 2018-2019 school year you will need to fill out a registration packet. Packets will be available in the Elementary school office or on the school website.

Registration packets will be available March 1st and will be accepted until May 1st or until all classes are filled. Registrations are accepted and classes are filled on a first come/first serve basis. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive and process your completed registration packet.

Due to the increase of programming requests by families, we will attempt to offer more session options for the 2018-2019 school year. (Each session option will be offered as long as there are enough students to fill a session.) Class offerings will be decided by May 1st, 2018. When filling out your registration packet, please make sure to list your FIRST and SECOND choice for a class option. We will let you know via mail by May 3rd, which session your child is enrolled in.

Program offerings:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday AM**. Ages: 3-4 years

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday PM** Ages: 4-5 years

Tuesday, Thursday ALL DAY**. Ages 4-5

Tuition:

3 days a week (AM or PM) session $100/month*

2 days a week (ALL DAY) session $165.00/month*

*Tuition assistance available to families that qualify. St. Charles Early Learning Academy is a 4-Star Parent Aware-rated program and accepts Early Learning Scholarships. Contact our office for details.

**We are working diligently to make transportation a possible option for the 2018-2019 school year. Because of this, we will not have exact start (PM session) and end times (AM session) for school readiness until May 1st. (Current sessions start and end at 8:05 and 10:35, 12:15 and 2:45.)

Children need to be 3 years of age and completely toilet trained by September 1, 2018, to enter the Early Learning Academy

Early Learning Academy Other Information:

Class size

Class size is a minimum of 10 students with a max of 18 students. Early Learning Academy is staffed by a teacher and an education assistant.

Health Information Packets

All forms in the Health Information packet, including up to date immunizations and the Health Care Summary MUST be turned in and filled out by your child’s doctor before your child can enter the School Readiness Program. School Calendar (scheduled Early Outs)

School Readiness will follow the regular school calendar for start and end dates. Please see the school calendar on the school website for more information. When there is an early dismissal date (1:30 release), there will be NO afternoon preschool.

Inclement weather

When there is inclement weather we follow school policy, In addition, if there is a late start, there will be NO morning sessions, when there is an early release, there will be NO afternoon sessions.
